Electroplating, cleaning and polishing baths — and textile dyes and process chemicals — are corrosive and often need careful, contamination-free handling. A polypropylene or PTFE-lined QBY delivers exactly that: a corrosion-proof wetted path, no shaft seal to shed particles, and precise, stepless flow control.
Because the pump is air-driven and leak-free, it sits safely alongside sensitive process equipment, and its gentle action does not degrade plating or polishing chemistry. Match the diaphragm to the bath and it will run for long intervals between service.

Applications: electroplating solutions, cleaning fluids, polishing liquids, etchants, textile dyes, process chemicals, semiconductor fluids
