The essentials are your required flow rate (m³/h), total head (m), the medium being pumped (water, sewage, slurry, chemical and its temperature/solids content), and the power supply (voltage/frequency). With those four we can return a sized recommendation and quotation within 24 hours.

Our pumps carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. We back claims with spare parts and engineering guidance, and keep common wear parts in stock for fast turnaround.

What is your typical lead time and MOQ?

Standard models ship in 7–15 working days; engineered or fully-stainless configurations typically 20–30 days. There is no rigid minimum order quantity — we support both single-unit replacements and project volumes.

Do you provide spare parts and after-sales support?

Yes. We hold spares for impellers, mechanical seals, diaphragms and bearings, and provide installation guidance, curve data and troubleshooting support through our multilingual export team.

We accept T/T and L/C, and ship EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP per your preference. Seaworthy export packing (plywood cases / pallets) is standard for international orders.
