Material Introduction of YW Liquid-Submerged Sewage Pump & Corrosion Resistance

The service life and medium adaptability of YW Liquid-Submerged Sewage Pump depend on its structural material configuration, we divide all parts into standard cast iron version and customized anti-corrosion stainless steel version.

(1)Overflow Components (Pump Body, Volute, Impeller, Base): Standard cast iron, fit neutral sewage with pH 5-9; stainless steel customization for weak acid and weak alkali corrosive medium.

(2)Transmission Shaft & Extension Shaft: Stainless steel, anti-rust under long-term liquid immersion.

(3)Mechanical Seal: Adopt wear-resistant titanium tungsten hard alloy or double series tungsten carbide seal, continuous operation life over 8000 hours, resist solid particle abrasion.

(4)Sealing Ring: Wear-resistant cast iron alloy, protect pump clearance and keep pumping efficiency.

(5)Motor Shell: Cast iron, low noise and stable heat dissipation.

Working medium temperature range -15℃ ~ 60℃, medium density limited below 1.3×10³kg/m³. For chemical, pharmaceutical and petroleum industry with slightly corrosive wastewater, stainless steel overflow parts are recommended to extend pump service cycle and reduce maintenance cost.

The integrated material matching design realizes wear resistance, anti-blockage and anti-leakage performance for industrial sewage transportation.
