Working Principle of Vertical YW Liquid-Submerged Sewage Pump

YW Liquid-Submerged Sewage Pump is vertical liquid-submerged centrifugal sewage pump, its operation principle is different from horizontal pump and fully submersible pump.
During operation, the pump body and impeller are fully immersed in wastewater, while the drive motor is installed above liquid level without soaking. The motor drives the extension shaft and impeller to rotate through coupling. When the impeller rotates at high speed, negative pressure forms inside flow channel, continuously sucking sewage with solid particles and fibers into pump body.
Unique single-channel impeller pushes mixed sewage through optimized volute channel, discharges from pump outlet pipeline. Dynamic-static balanced impeller reduces mechanical vibration during high-speed rotation; double mechanical seal structure prevents sewage from penetrating into motor chamber.
Vertical liquid-submerged structure brings obvious advantages: easy startup without air exhaust and priming, no empty pumping failure risk. The submerging depth can be adjusted from 0.5m to 7 meters according to on-site liquid level condition, single-pipe and double-pipe installation modes are both available.
With automatic liquid level control cabinet, the pump automatically starts when liquid level rises and stops when liquid level drops, realizing unattended drainage circulation for wastewater pools.
