The core competitive advantage of YW Type Liquid-Submerged Sewage Pump lies in its exclusive anti-clog impeller structure, solving the common winding and blockage problems of traditional sewage pumps when conveying long fiber and solid waste.
The pump uses single-blade or double-blade impeller with single-flow / double-flow channel structure, similar to bent pipe with uniform cross-section, providing excellent flow passing performance. The hydraulic component allows passing fiber materials 5 times the pump caliber and solid particles half of inlet diameter without blockage.
All impellers pass dynamic and static balance test before delivery, effectively eliminating vibration during long-term operation. Combined with optimized volute flow channel, the pump improves overall operation efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
Compared with closed multi-blade impellers, YW pump impeller avoids fiber winding on blade edges, greatly lowering failure frequency. Matching tungsten carbide mechanical seal prevents medium leakage while conveying sludge and fiber sewage.
This impeller design makes YW liquid-submerged sewage pump the preferred equipment for paper industry, textile factory, municipal sludge and construction waste water containing long fibers.
