The low-head, high-flow models (300-400 m³/h at 7-10m) are the ones most likely to run outside their intended range if the system was designed optimistically. Confirm actual motor current after commissioning rather than assuming the nameplate figure holds. At the top of the table, the 45kW unit isn’t meant for abrasive slurry; standard cast-iron construction wears fast under heavy mineral particulate, and that conversation needs to happen before ordering, not after.
