200QW300-15-22 Submersible Sewage Pump, 300 m³/h 15 m

The 200QW300-15-22 is a large DN200 submersible sewage pump that moves 300 m³/h against 15 m of head. It is driven by a 22 kW, 4-pole motor running at 1450 r/min. Pumps of this size usually go into municipal lift stations, storm water and flood pits, and big industrial effluent sumps, where the job is to move a lot of water a moderate height.

Most of the planning for a pump this size is about space and lifting. The pump stands 1150 mm tall. From the side it needs 848 mm of width including the discharge bend, and from above the pump body takes up about 570 x 440 mm. The base is 400 mm across, and the centre of the outlet is 250 mm above it. Size the pit opening and the crane or hoist for these figures, with enough room to lower the pump without it touching the walls.

The outlet flange is DN200, with an outside diameter of 320 mm, a 280 mm bolt circle and 8 holes of 18 mm.

Large pits are often fitted with two pumps that work in turn, so one can be serviced while the other keeps running. If you are planning a two-pump station, send us the pit dimensions and we will check the layout against the drawing.
