150QW100-30-15 High-Head Sewage Pump, 100 m³/h 30 m

We build two DN150 QW pumps with the same 15 kW motor power, and they do quite different jobs. The 150QW100-30-15 gives up flow to reach 30 m of head, while the 150QW180-15-15 moves almost twice the volume at half the head. Here they are side by side, using the figures from our installation drawings.

Which one fits your system?

The 150QW100-30-15 is the right choice when the liquid has to go a long way or a long way up: a discharge line of several hundred metres, a high static lift out of a deep station, or a pressure main into a treatment plant. The 150QW180-15-15 suits short, low discharge lines where moving volume quickly matters more than height.

One caution: do not choose the high-head pump just to be on the safe side. In a system that needs far less than 30 m, the pump runs further out on its curve, draws more power and wears faster.
