100QW60-20-7.5 Submersible Sewage Pump, 60 m³/h 20 m

The 100QW60-20-7.5 is a DN100 submersible sewage pump rated at 60 m³/h against 20 m of head. It runs on a 7.5 kW, 2-pole motor at 2900 r/min and sits directly in the pit, so there is no suction lift and no priming. This page collects the figures you need to plan the pit and the discharge pipework before you order.

Before you order: a short checklist

• Pit opening and lifting route. The pump is 800 mm tall and 540 mm wide including the discharge bend. Check that the pit opening and the path of the hoist clear both.
• Base. The pump base measures 312 mm across. A level, firm pit floor keeps the pump standing upright.
• Discharge height. The centre of the outlet is 191 mm above the base. Use this figure when you set the height of the first pipe section or the check valve.
• Flange. The DN100 outlet flange has an outside diameter of 210 mm, a 170 mm bolt circle (PCD) and 4 holes of 18 mm. If your pipework uses a different flange standard, tell us when you order.
• Duty point. 60 m³/h at 20 m is the rated point. If your system needs more flow at a lower head, or the other way round, send us the figures and we will check them against the curve.
• Material. Cast iron is standard for sewage and drainage. Stainless steel 304 or 316L is available for corrosive or salty water.
