WILDEN Diaphragm Pump adopts advanced air-operated double diaphragm working principle, relying on compressed air as the only power source to realize automatic suction and discharge of fluid. The equipment adjusts the air intake pressure and air volume to freely control the flow and output pressure, with simple operation and flexible adjustment.
Different from electric pumps that rely on motor rotation, WILDEN AODD pump realizes reciprocating motion of internal diaphragm through air pressure drive, forming negative pressure suction and positive pressure discharge cycle. It has ultra-strong self-priming capacity, with a self-priming height of 3 to 7 meters, realizing rapid liquid intake without pre-watering.
The most prominent operational feature of WILDEN diaphragm pump is dry-run resistance. The pump can run idly for a long time without liquid medium, and will not cause diaphragm damage and internal failure, which greatly improves the safety and stability of intermittent operation working conditions. Meanwhile, the equipment has low shear force on the conveying medium, will not damage the molecular structure of materials, and is very suitable for fine chemical and food pharmaceutical materials.
The whole operation process does not need power supply, circuit control and complex debugging. It can be started quickly after connecting the air source, with few vulnerable parts and simple fault troubleshooting, realizing low-cost and high-efficiency industrial fluid transportation.
