WILDEN 3″ Bolted Pump Parts: P1500, P1520 and P1530

Bolted 3 inch WILDEN pumps fall into two families: the Advanced P1500 line (P1500, PS1500, PX1500, PV1500) and the FIT line (P1520 threaded and P1530 flanged, with PS and PX versions). The answers below are for both.

Which wet end kit fits my pump?

Start with the family and the housing material:

• Advanced bolted metal, P1500 to PV1500: 15-9814, for example 15-9814-52 Buna-N (BNS) or 15-9814-55 PTFE with Neoprene back-up (TNU)
• Advanced bolted plastic, P1500 and PS1500: 15-9815, for example 15-9815-55 (TNU) or 15-9815-57 Santoprene
• FIT, P1520, P1530 and their PS and PX versions: 15-9824 and 15-9826, for example 15-9824-52 (BNS) or 15-9824-58 Santoprene (WFS)

Both the 15-9824 and 15-9826 kits are listed for the FIT pumps, in the same materials, so check the number on your previous kit or give us the build code and we will match it.

Are the diaphragms the same as on the clamped 3 inch pumps?

The rubber and TPE ones mostly are, from 15-1010-50 polyurethane to 15-1010-58 Santoprene. PTFE is the exception. Bolted pumps take 15-1010-55-42 (or 15-1040-55-42), while clamped pumps take 15-1010-55. For the back-up diaphragm behind PTFE, Wilden lists 15-1065-56 Hytrel and 15-1065-57 Santoprene alongside the 15-1060 range, so match the number on the old part.

And the valve balls?

FIT bolted pumps use the 15-1085 balls: -51 Neoprene, -52 Buna-N, -53 FKM, -54 EPDM, -55 PTFE, -56 Hytrel, -57 and -58 Santoprene. These are not the same numbers as the 15-1080 balls in the clamped pumps.

I need a manifold or a liquid chamber. What is listed?

The last two digits give the material: -01 aluminum, -02 iron, -03 stainless steel.
