WILDEN 3″ Clamped Pump Parts: P15, PS15 and PX15 by Air System

The 3 inch clamped WILDEN pumps come with four different air systems: Pro-Flo on the P15, Pro-Flo SHIFT on the PS15, Pro-Flo X on the PX15 and Turbo-Flo on the T15. The good news for anyone keeping a mixed fleet is that the liquid side is largely the same across all four. The air side is where they differ, so that is the first thing to check before ordering.

The PS15 and PX15 kits are listed for the whole 3 inch family of their air system, clamped and bolted, and also for the 4 inch PS20 and PX20. Submersible versions carry a -320 suffix, for example 15-9993-99-320. Mufflers differ too: 15-3510-99 on Turbo-Flo, 15-3514-99, 15-3515-99 or 15-3510-06R on Pro-Flo SHIFT, and the P15 uses muffler plate 15-3181-20.

Wilden also lists other 3 inch diaphragm designs, such as the 15-1020, 15-1022 and 15-1031 series, and a PTFE 15-1040-55. If your old diaphragm carries a number, use that number.

Housings

Clamped liquid chambers are 15-5000-01 aluminum, 15-5000-02 iron, 15-5000-03 stainless steel and 15-5000-20 polypropylene. Discharge manifolds are the 15-5020 series and inlet manifolds the 15-5080 series, each in aluminum (-01), iron (-02) or stainless steel (-03). Outer pistons are listed as 15-4550-01, -02 and -03 and 15-4600-03 and 15-4600-21 (PVDF).
