The smallest WILDEN pumps are the 1/4 inch P.025 and XP.025, both clamped with the Pro-Flo air system, and the bolted PS25 with Pro-Flo SHIFT. Their part numbers all start with 00. Wilden lists 87 of them, and unlike the bigger sizes there are no wet end kits at this size, so a rebuild means ordering the single parts. This page follows the pump from the liquid side to the air side.
Diaphragms come in three versions: 00-1010-52 Buna-N, 00-1010-58 Santoprene and 00-1030-55 PTFE.
The valve balls are worth a second look. Only two are listed, 00-1080-55 PTFE and 00-1080-03 stainless steel, and most 1/4 inch builds use PTFE balls whatever the diaphragm is. You can see it in the build code: P.025/AMPPP/BNS/TF/ABN has Buna-N diaphragms but TF, PTFE, balls. So when ordering balls, read the fourth group of the code, not the third.
Seats are 00-1120-01 aluminum and 00-1120-03 stainless steel for metal pumps, and 00-1130-20 polypropylene and 00-1130-21 PVDF for plastic ones. Plastic clamped pumps also have seat retainers, 00-5411 and 00-5420, in the same two plastics.
Then there are the O-rings. This size has more of them in the parts list than any other wear part: 00-1070 (2.72 inch ID), 00-1200 and 00-1206-60 (0.549 inch ID), 00-1260 (0.924 inch ID), 00-1300 and 00-1370-55, each in several elastomers. Match the O-ring material to your elastomer code, and if you are not sure which O-ring is which, send us the build code.
Air valve assemblies are 00-2000-13-700 in acetal and 00-2000-20-700 in polypropylene for Pro-Flo, plus 00-2000-20-481 in polypropylene. The matching end caps are 00-2300-13-700 and 00-2300-20-700, and the center blocks 00-3150-13-700 and 00-3150-20-700. Inside the air end you will find shaft 00-3800-99-700, pilot sleeve 00-3850-99-700 and pistons 00-3700-13-700 (acetal) or 00-3700-20-700 (polypropylene). Acetal or polypropylene should match what is already on your pump.
Screws, nuts and washers come in stainless steel or PTFE-coated steel, for example screw 00-6000-03 or 00-6000-05 (10-24 x 3 1/32) and nut 00-6505-03 or 00-6505-05. Pipe plugs are listed in NPT (00-7010-03, 00-7010-08) and BSP (00-7011-03) threads.
