WILDEN Pump P Series and T Series Complete Specification Introduction

WILDEN pumps are often described as “P series” and “T series”. The letters refer to the air distribution system: P for Pro-Flo, T for the older Turbo-Flo. Here is how the range looks today.

Pro-Flo family (P, PS, XPS)

Most Wilden pumps now use a Pro-Flo air system. Wilden lists over 2,300 builds across Pro-Flo, the newer Pro-Flo SHIFT and the bolted FIT versions. Sizes run from 1/4 inch (P.025, PS25) to 4 inch (XPS20, PS20).

• P models: Pro-Flo air system, clamped (P1, P2, P4, P8) or bolted (P220, P420, P820 and the plastic P100 to P1500)
• PS and XPS models: Pro-Flo SHIFT, which Wilden designed to reduce air consumption
• Numbers after the size code show the ports on bolted metal pumps: 20 for NPT threads, 30 for ANSI flanges

Turbo-Flo (T)

Wilden lists 97 Turbo-Flo builds, in three sizes: T8 (2 inch), T15 (3 inch) and T20 (4 inch). Smaller Turbo-Flo models such as the T1, T2 and T4 are not on the current store.

Wilden’s size code is consistent across both families: 1 is 1/2 inch, 2 is 1 inch, 4 is 1-1/2 inch, 8 is 2 inch, 15 is 3 inch and 20 is 4 inch. Our WILDEN pump selector lists the families by size and material.
