WILDEN Diaphragm Pump is widely used in the chemical industry, becoming the core equipment for conveying corrosive, viscous and special chemical media. With diversified anti-corrosion material configurations, it can stably transport acid-base solvents, coatings, inks, chemical slurry and other complex media, solving the leakage and corrosion problems of traditional pumps in chemical working conditions.
The pump adopts low-shear conveying design, which will not damage the molecular structure and physical properties of chemical materials, and is especially suitable for fine chemical production and high-precision paint transportation. The air-driven design, with no electrical components on the pump, suits flammable and volatile chemical solvent working environments.
Equipped with PVDF, PTFE anti-corrosion materials, corrosion-resistant Hastelloy pump body and acid-resistant Neoprene, Wil-Flex diaphragms, WILDEN AODD pump can resist strong acid, strong alkali and organic solvent corrosion, with long service life and low replacement cost. Internal auxiliary parts adopt Carbon Filled Acetal to avoid chemical corrosion and aging. The self-priming and dry-run functions meet the intermittent feeding and residual liquid discharge needs of chemical production lines. It is widely recognized and applied in fine chemical, daily chemical, paint and coating industries.
