The XP2 and the XP220 share one feature that sets them apart from the P2 and P220: PSG lists their air side as conductive polypropylene. A conductive air side lets static charge drain away through the pump, which matters on sites that handle solvents or fuels. If your site has hazardous-area requirements, tell us which ones, and we will confirm the right build with you.
The main difference between the two is how the pump is held together.

The bolted XP220 passes larger solids, while the clamped XP2 lifts better and weighs less. PSG lists only one aluminum XP2 build and four XP220 builds, so these pumps are usually ordered as exact replacements. Quote the full nameplate code when you ask us.
