At 1-1/2 inch Wilden builds cast iron pumps in two forms. The clamped P4 and XPS4 are the lighter, simpler pumps. The bolted P420, P430, PS420, XPS420 and XPS430 give more flow and a solids rating. Together Wilden lists 102 cast iron builds at this size.

Build counts: P4 30, XPS4 22, XPS420 21, P420 12, XPS430 11, P430 5 and a single PS420. Neoprene is the most common diaphragm on the cast iron P4 (9 builds), which suits dirty water and general duties.
If your 1-1/2 inch pump is a clamped P4 and you need more flow, a bolted XPS420 adds around 50 gpm at the same port size.
