WILDEN 1″ Spare Parts: P2, P200, P220 and P230 Pumps

Ordering the right parts for a 1 inch WILDEN pump comes down to three questions, answered in order. Get the first one wrong and the valve balls and seats will not fit, even if the diaphragms do.

Step 1: clamped or bolted?

Clamped pumps (P2, PS2, PX2, T2) are held together with clamp bands. Bolted pumps (P200, P220, P230 and the PS220, PS230) have bolts around the chambers. The diaphragms are shared, but balls, seats and wet end kits are not.

Step 2: which elastomer?

Read it from the third group of the build code, then pick the matching suffix:

Other 1 inch diaphragm designs exist too, such as the 02-1031 and 02-1040 series and the High Pressure H200 diaphragms 02-1011-55 and 02-1011-57. If your old diaphragm has a number on it, that number wins.

Step 3: which seats?

• Clamped pumps: 02-1120-01 aluminum, 02-1120-03 stainless steel, 02-1120-04 Hastelloy, 02-1120-20-400 polypropylene, 02-1120-21-400 PVDF
• Bolted metal pumps: 02-1124-20 polypropylene, 02-1124-21 PVDF; for the P200, metal seats 02-1125-01, -03, -04 and -08 (aluminum, stainless steel, Hastelloy, steel)
• Bolted, other materials: 02-1125-20 polypropylene, 02-1125-21 PVDF, 02-1125-55 PTFE, 02-1125-57 Santoprene

Wet end kits bundle the wear parts: 02-9804 and 02-9805 for clamped metal and plastic pumps, 02-9814 for the bolted FIT P200 to P230 family (02-9814-52 Buna-N, 02-9814-58 Santoprene), 02-9815 for the bolted plastic P200.
