The air side of a WILDEN pump depends on its air distribution system, not on the wetted material. A stainless P8 and a cast iron P8 share the same air system, while a P8 and a PS8 do not. So the first step in finding an air valve or air repair kit is to know which system your pump uses: Turbo-Flo (T models), Pro-Flo (P), Pro-Flo SHIFT (PS), Pro-Flo X (PX) or High Pressure (H).

Two things stand out. First, the 1-1/2 inch and 2 inch pumps share their air repair kits: 04-9985-20 covers both the P4 and the P8 families, and 04-9993-99 covers PS4 through PS830. Second, many kits have a -320 version, for example 04-9993-99-320, which Wilden lists for submersible pumps.
A brass air valve body is a quick visual sign of a Turbo-Flo pump; Pro-Flo pumps with a plastic air side use polypropylene air valves.
