Disassembly Steps of YW Liquid-Submerged Sewage Pump for Maintenance

When replacing mechanical seal, impeller or bearing, follow standardized disassembly procedure for YW liquid-submerged sewage pump:
（1）Close outlet pipeline cut-off valve, cut off total power supply of control cabinet to ensure safe operation.
（2）Remove connecting bolts of pipeline flange, loosen fastening bolts between motor base and connection end cover, lift motor assembly separately.
（3）Loosen anchor bolts fixing pump on support plate, lift whole pump body out of sewage pool, wash internal sludge with clean water.
（4）Dismantle base and pump volute shell, loosen impeller fixing nut to take out single/double channel impeller.
（5）Remove oil chamber shell, take out old mechanical seal assembly for replacement.
（6）Disassemble extension pipe and bearing seat, pull out extension shaft for straightening or replacement if bent.

Reassembly sequence reverses disassembly steps, key notes during assembly: Recalibrate coupling concentricity after installing motor, outer circle deviation controlled under 0.5mm; refill 10#-30# lubricating oil into oil chamber after mechanical seal replacement; fasten all bolts evenly to prevent liquid leakage.
