Automatic Liquid Level Control Cabinet Matching for YW Sewage Pump

YW Liquid-Submerged Sewage Pump supports fully automatic unmanned operation by matching dedicated liquid level control cabinet, which is essential supporting electrical equipment for industrial and municipal sewage stations.
Cabinet Core Function
（1）Liquid level linkage control: High liquid level auto start pump, low liquid level auto stop pump, avoid dry running damage.
（2）Motor overload protection: Overcurrent, phase loss, overheat automatic power-off protection to prevent motor burnout.
（3）Real-time operation monitoring: Display pump running current, working status, fault alarm prompt.
（4）Manual / automatic dual mode: Manual operation available during equipment maintenance, switch to auto mode for daily unattended drainage.
Matching Installation Rules
Direct grid power supply or simple knife switch connection is strictly forbidden without control cabinet. Install liquid level floating sensor inside sewage pool, connect signal line to control cabinet to realize liquid level signal transmission.
The control cabinet model is matched according to YW pump supporting motor power: small power pump (0.75kw~7.5kw) uses integrated small cabinet; large power pump (11kw~250kw) adopts split heavy-duty control cabinet with soft start function.
This automatic control system reduces manual management labor cost and avoids pump failure caused by human misoperation.
