Daily Maintenance & Lubrication Guide for YW Liquid-Submerged Sewage Pump

（1）Daily Inspection
Assign special staff to check pump circuit, motor operating current and noise every shift. Rotate pump shaft before startup to exclude stuck foreign matters, recheck coupling concentricity regularly.
（2）Post-use Flushing
After conveying viscous sludge or fiber wastewater, run pump in clean water for several minutes to discharge residual sediment inside flow channel, avoid impeller blockage caused by dirt accumulation.
（3）Mechanical Seal Lubrication
Refill or replace 10#-30# engine oil in oil chamber every 300~500 working hours, maintain sufficient lubrication for tungsten carbide mechanical seal, reduce friction abrasion.
（4）Wearing Parts Replacement
Inspect sealing ring regularly; once worn leading to pump efficiency drop, replace sealing ring immediately. Check impeller balance and shaft wear quarterly.
（5）Long-term Shutdown Storage
Completely disassemble pump when stopping operation over 1 month, clean internal sediment with clean water, inspect mechanical seal and impeller, reassemble and store in dry environment.
（6）Operation Restriction
Prohibit continuous operation under head lower than 60% rated head to avoid motor overload burnout. Full-automatic control cabinet must be matched for power protection.
