Complete Installation Steps of YW Liquid-Submerged Sewage Pump

Step 1 Pre-installation Inspection
Check pump body and motor for transportation damage, fastener tightness. Rotate pump shaft manually to confirm no internal friction noise, measure coupling concentricity, outer circle deviation ≤0.5mm.
Step 2 Fix Support Plate & Pump Body
Select round or square support plate according to sewage pool structure, install single pipe or double pipe extension assembly, hang pump body into pool and adjust submerged depth within 0.5~7m. Fix base bolt tightly.
Step 3 Pipeline Layout
Set independent support bracket for outlet pipeline, forbid pipeline weight bearing on pump casing. Connect flexible hose (single pipe) or steel hard pipe (double pipe). Install outlet valve and pressure gauge on pipeline.
Step 4 Electrical Configuration
Equip full-automatic liquid level control cabinet, direct grid connection or knife switch power supply is prohibited to prevent motor overload damage. Connect liquid level sensor to realize automatic operation.
Step 5 Test Startup
Close outlet valve first, power on to test motor rotation direction, confirm consistent with pump marked direction. Open pressure gauge valve, slowly open outlet pipeline valve to rated flow for formal operation.
Step 6 Post-installation Reminder
Avoid long-term low-head operation below 60% rated head, to prevent motor overheating burnout.
