Animals need water every day, in every season, and many farms rely on a single well. The pump has to be simple, robust and well protected.
Where the well is narrow and the water is deep, the 4 inch 100QJ pumps give high heads at small flows, for example 3.2 m³/h at up to 230 m. That is often all a hill farm needs, as long as there is a tank to cover the peak demand.
If the water is hard or slightly corrosive, ask for stainless steel parts.
