The 2 inch bolted Wilden pumps come in six models. The naming works the same as at 1-1/2 inch: 820 has NPT ports, 830 has ANSI flanges, and the prefix P, PS or XPS tells you the air system and the air side material. PSG lists 90 stainless builds, most of them XPS830 (33) and XPS820 (27).
Flow and lift
The PS and XPS versions (example builds 08-14968, 08-15019, 08-14672 and 08-14903, all PTFE, full stroke) are listed at 173 gpm (655 L/min). They are also the only 2 inch stainless pages we checked that publish a wet suction lift: 28.4 ft (8.7 m), against 21 ft (6.4 m) dry. The P820 and P830 PTFE builds (08-15532, 08-15562) run a reduced stroke and are listed at 130 gpm (492 L/min) with 15.1 ft (4.6 m) dry lift.
Solids and temperature
All six pass solids up to 0.25 inch (6.4 mm). The XPS models, with an aluminum air side, are listed to 220 °F (104 °C). The P and PS models, with polypropylene, stop at 175 °F (79 °C).

At this weight a bolted 2 inch stainless pump needs a proper base or bracket, and lifting gear for removal. The clamped P8 family is lighter, at 104 to 130 lb (47 to 59 kg).
Ordering
For an existing installation, the port type usually decides between 820 and 830. Then choose the diaphragm for the liquid. For a new line, compare the published flow against your duty point: the PS and XPS versions give more flow at this size.
Genuine WILDEN H800, XH800 and XHS430S stainless steel high pressure diaphragm pumps: discharge pressure above the air supply, 2″ and 1-1/2″ flanged, 8 builds.
H800 / XH800: up to 95 gpm / 360 L/min (21.6 m³/h)
Flow Rate (m³/h)
Max air pressure 85 psi / 5.9 bar (H800, XH800); discharge pressure above air pressure
Head (m)
Compressed air, max 5.9 bar (85 psi) for H800 and XH800
