This page covers the bolted 2 inch cast iron Wilden pumps: six standard models plus the High Pressure H800 and XH800. As elsewhere in the range, 820 means NPT threads and 830 means ANSI flanges. Wilden lists 52 builds, most of them XPS820 (19) and XPS830 (11).

All pass solids up to 0.25 inch (6.4 mm). The PS and XPS models are the only 2 inch iron pages we checked that publish a wet suction lift: 29.5 ft (9.0 m) once primed. The XPS830 Santoprene build is listed from -40 to 225 °F (-40 to 107 °C).
These pumps discharge at a higher pressure than the air that drives them, which is what filter press feed and long discharge lines need. In cast iron Wilden lists one H800 and four XH800 builds, all with ANSI flanges. The figures are the same as for the stainless versions: up to 95 gpm (360 L/min), air up to 85 psi (5.9 bar), 12 ft (3.7 m) dry lift and about 283 lb (128 kg) shipping weight.
At 149 to 283 lb (68 to 128 kg), every pump on this page needs a fixed base and lifting gear for service. Plan that before the pump arrives.
