Wilden’s two 1/2 inch plastic pumps have almost the same flow, so the real question is construction. The P1 is held together with clamp bands. The P100 is bolted. PSG lists 46 P1 builds and 89 P100 builds in plastic, split between polypropylene and PVDF.

Why choose bolted
On a plastic pump, bolts hold the housings evenly along the whole sealing face. Many users prefer that for aggressive chemicals, where a small weep at a joint is a bigger problem than on a water duty. The clamped P1 is lighter and quicker to open, which suits pumps that are moved around or inspected often.
Diaphragm choice is wide on both: PTFE is the most common, especially on the P100 (42 builds), followed by Santoprene and FKM.
Both pass only small particles, 0.06 inch (1.5 mm), so they are pumps for clean chemicals rather than slurries. For anything with solids, look at the 1 inch range and up.
