Part of the flow difference comes from the diaphragm, not the metal: PTFE is stiffer and Wilden runs it with a shorter stroke. Choose the body material for the liquid and the diaphragm for chemical resistance, then check the flow on the build you actually order.
The pump has no motor and no electrical parts, which is why air-operated pumps are widely used with solvents and fuels. For these duties the pump should be grounded. Wilden also makes XP1 builds with a conductive polypropylene air side; Wilden lists two of them in stainless steel.
