It is powered by compressed air instead of electricity, featuring self-priming capability and the ability to run dry without damage. It is especially suitable for transferring corrosive liquids or fluids containing solid particles, and holds a leading market share in the global AODD pump industry. The pump operates without electrical sparks, making it safe for flammable and explosive environments. It has no mechanical seal, eliminating leakage concerns. The pump can handle high-viscosity, highly corrosive liquids, and even wastewater containing solid particles. Pump body and diaphragm materials are available in stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or engineering plastic to suit different working conditions. With self-priming capability of 3–7 meters, the pump can run dry without damage. Flow rate is easily adjustable by regulating the inlet air pressure.
