Single Pipe & Double Pipe Installation Methods of YW Sewage Pump

YW Type Liquid-Submerged Sewage Pump provides two standard installation solutions: single pipe installation and double pipe installation, equipped with round and square support plates to adapt different pool top structures.
（1）Single Pipe Installation
The pump outlet matches discharge elbow, directly connected with flexible hose for water delivery. This mode features simple construction, low cost, suitable for temporary construction site drainage, small factory sewage pool and short-distance water transfer. The whole equipment occupies small space and easy to disassemble.
（2）Double Pipe Installation
Add extra steel extension pipe between pump outlet and support plate, realize hard pipeline connection. It fits long-term fixed industrial wastewater stations, municipal sewage treatment pools with long-distance pipeline layout, stable pipeline bearing, no hose aging leakage risk.
Installation notes: The outlet pipeline must set independent support bracket, pipeline weight cannot press on pump body. Before startup, check coupling concentricity, outer circle deviation of two couplings shall not exceed 0.5mm to avoid shaft abrasion.
Support plates have disc and square plate types for customers to select according to pool opening size. The submerged depth can be adjusted by lengthening or shortening extension pipe between pump and support plate.
