QDX6-18-0.75S delivers 6 m³/h at 18 m head through a 40 mm outlet, on 0.75 kW and 220 V. The hydraulics are fixed. The choice you do have to make is the stainless grade.
| Grade | pH range of the liquid | Typical choice for |
|---|---|---|
| 304 | 4 to 10 | Fresh water, rainwater, most process water |
| 316 | 2 to 13 | Seawater, brine, aquaculture with salt, mild acids and alkalis |
If you are unsure, tell us what the water is. A water analysis helps, and so does a plain description such as “seawater for a fish farm” or “rinse water with cleaning chemicals”. We would rather supply 316 when it is needed than see a 304 pump fail early.
Both grades share the same seals (fluororubber double mechanical seal and O-rings) and the same Class F motor with thermal protection. For stronger chemicals we can fit a PTFE mechanical seal and corrosion-resistant cable to order.
Limits that apply to both: up to 60 °C, up to 5 m deep, and solids no larger than 0.2 mm.
