Introduction to YW Type Liquid-Submerged Sewage Pump

YW Type Liquid-Submerged Sewage Pump is a new generation vertical wastewater pump developed by combining foreign advanced technology and domestic pump operation characteristics. Different from fully submersible pumps, it adopts liquid-submerged vertical structure, the pump body is immersed in liquid while the motor stays above the water surface.

This pump series features unique single-channel or double-channel impeller design, which delivers outstanding anti-winding and anti-clog performance. It can smoothly pass fiber materials 5 times the pump caliber and solid particles with diameter up to 50% of the pump inlet size. Equipped with new tungsten carbide mechanical seal, the pump can run continuously over 8000 hours safely.

With compact overall structure, low noise and remarkable energy-saving effect, YW liquid-submerged sewage pump does not require separate pump house, greatly reducing construction investment. It supports automatic start-stop control with liquid level cabinet, unattended operation is available.

Its flow rate ranges from 2 m³/h to 850 m³/h, head covers 3-60 meters, matched motor power from 0.75kw to 250kw, and inlet caliber from 25mm to 400mm. Standard material is cast iron, stainless steel customized version for corrosive medium is optional.
It is widely applied in municipal sewage treatment plants, factory wastewater discharge and construction site sewage transportation.
