High Temperature Resistant Performance of WILDEN Industrial Diaphragm Pump

WILDEN Industrial Diaphragm Pump has excellent high temperature resistance, with a maximum working temperature up to 176.7℃ (350℉), which can meet the high-temperature fluid conveying needs of various industrial working conditions. The high-temperature resistance is realized through customized high-temperature resistant diaphragm materials and optimized structural design.

Matched with high-temperature resistant PTFE and Wil-Flex diaphragms, and high-temperature tolerant metal pump body materials such as SS316 Stainless Steel and Hastelloy, the pump can operate stably in high-temperature corrosive and high-temperature viscous media without diaphragm aging, deformation and failure. High-strength Carbon Filled Acetal accessories can also adapt to long-term high-temperature operation without deformation. Different from ordinary diaphragm pumps that are only suitable for normal temperature working conditions, WILDEN high-temperature model expands the application scope of AODD pumps in thermal industrial scenarios.

The whole machine structure is optimized for high-temperature environment, with stable sealing performance and no high-temperature leakage. The air pressure driving system is not affected by high temperature, ensuring stable flow and pressure output. It is widely used in petrochemical high-temperature medium transportation, thermal processing slurry conveying and high-temperature wastewater discharge, solving the equipment failure problem of ordinary pumps in high-temperature working conditions.
