The heart of every GNWQ pump is its spiral cutter impeller, cast from hard alloy. Two design details make it clog-proof. First, a unique backward tilt angle on the vanes stops long fibre from wrapping around the hub. Second, as the impeller spins, rags are forced into a spiral release groove, peel off the impeller into the volute, and are pumped straight out.
GNWQ Cutting Submersible Sewage Pump Impeller
That is why a GNWQ keeps running on sewage full of hair, straw, cloth and wet wipes, where an ordinary open impeller would bind up within minutes. The alloy also resists wear and rust, so the cutting edge stays sharp and the pump lasts.
Applications: fibrous sewage, rag and cloth-laden effluent, hair and animal fur, straw and organic waste, municipal and farm wastewater
HAQUANPUMP builds the full GNWQ cutter-pump range in-house. Send us your duty point and we’ll recommend the exact model, cutter disc and materials for the job.
The details that decide how long a sewage pump lasts are easy to overlook on a spec sheet. GNWQ pumps are specified to survive: bolts and lifting rings in SUS304 stainless steel (not ordinary steel th…
Two claims get made about a lot of sewage pumps: full head and no clogging. The GNWQ range actually delivers both. Its hydraulics are tuned so the pump reaches its rated head across the duty range — a…
One practical advantage of the GNWQ design is its easy-remove cutter disc. Instead of scrapping the pump when the cutting parts wear, you simply swap the disc — and you can fit a different disc to sui…
