When a corrosive process stream also comes in volume and has to be lifted, the options narrow fast. You need stainless for the chemistry, real capacity for the flow, and enough head to move it — and it still has to shred the solids the process carries. Few pumps cover all four.
The 100GNWQ100-20-11S is built to: precision-cast SS304, 100 m³/h at 20 m head from an 11 kW motor through a 100 mm outlet. It brings the full GNWQ cutting system — the 48 HRC alloy disc reducing packaging and process solids — to a duty point that many stainless pumps can’t reach on head or flow.
