Marine and offshore sewage duty is corrosion at its most relentless — constant seawater, salt spray and humidity — combined with a real lift, since waste often has to be pumped up from a low bilge or platform deck to a holding tank or discharge point. Cast iron doesn’t stand a chance.
The 80GNWQ85-19-7.5S is a stainless high-head pump for that environment: precision-cast SS304 throughout, delivering 85 m³/h at 19 m head on 7.5 kW through an 80 mm outlet. The 48 HRC alloy cutter keeps the sewage solids passable so the discharge line never blocks somewhere inaccessible, and the 3Cr13 impeller adds wear life.
