A poultry or meat plant produces one of the toughest food effluents there is: blood, fat, feathers, offal and trimmings, flushed with hot water and aggressive sanitiser between shifts. It clogs, it corrodes, and it has to be handled hygienically.
The 100GNWQ85-15-5.5S is built for it — precision-cast SS304 for the sanitiser and fatty-acid attack, cleanable smooth surfaces for hygiene, and 85 m³/h at 15 m head on 5.5 kW through a 100 mm outlet for the volume a processing hall generates. The 48 HRC alloy cutter shreds feathers and fibrous offal — notorious impeller-wrappers — so the line stays open.
