Product Overview

A cutter pump is only as good as its blade. GNWQ pumps use a high-hardness alloy cutting head rated at Rockwell 48 HRC and above — noticeably harder than the ordinary steel found in many competing pumps — so it slices fibre and debris cleanly instead of merely tearing at it.

For abrasive or especially tough duty, the cutting material can be customised up to 65 HRC on request. Sharp, hard blades mean solids are shredded on intake and the impeller downstream never sees a clog.

Why hardness matters

A dull or soft blade rounds off quickly, cutting worsens, and clogging returns. A 48–65 HRC alloy edge holds its sharpness far longer, which keeps performance steady and service intervals long.
