Pickling and fermentation plants run on salt and acid — brine baths, vinegar, lactic-acid ferments — and their effluent carries all of it, along with vegetable trimmings, skins and packaging. That salty, acidic stream corrodes cast iron quickly, so stainless is the sensible baseline.
The 80GNWQ60-13-4S fits the duty at 60 m³/h and 13 m head on 4 kW through an 80 mm outlet, precision-cast in SS304 to take the brine and acid. The 48 HRC alloy cutter shreds the vegetable fibre and packaging so the pit stays clear during production runs, and the 3Cr13 impeller resists the abrasion of gritty, salted waste.
