A textile mill’s effluent is a fibre problem at industrial scale. Thread, fabric offcuts, dye-house lint and fluff pour into the drains in volume, and they do to a big pump exactly what they do to a small one — wrap, felt, and stall — just faster, because there’s more of it.
The 80GNWQ50-18-4 is sized to keep up: 50 m³/h at 18 m head from a 4 kW motor and an 80 mm outlet. The 48 HRC alloy cutter, in its multi-blade form, shears the fibre stream continuously so it never accumulates on the impeller. The heat-treated 3Cr13 impeller stands up to the mild chemistry and constant abrasion of dye-house water.
A textile mill in Indonesia had been pulling and clearing a conventional pump weekly during peak production. After moving to a Haquan cutter pump on the same pit, the clearing stopped being a scheduled chore — the fibre now leaves with the flow instead of collecting in the volute.
