A commercial kitchen sends things down the floor drain that no one wants to think about: cloth, gloves, packaging, congealed grease, and food scraps by the bucket. A plain sump pump in that pit clogs constantly, and someone ends up fishing it out by hand during service.
The 50GNWQ12-10-1.1 is a small pump built to stop that. It runs 12 m³/h at 10 m head on just 1.1 kW through a 50 mm outlet, and it’s available in single-phase 220 V so it drops into a small premises without special wiring. The 48 HRC alloy cutter shreds the fibrous waste on the way in; the heat-treated 3Cr13 impeller resists the wear that greasy, gritty kitchen effluent causes.
Two things owners usually ask:
Will it cope with grease? — Grease alone isn’t the problem; it’s grease binding rags and packaging into a plug. Shredding those solids is what keeps the pump moving.
Do I need three-phase power? — No. This size is available on ordinary 220 V single-phase supply.
