Laundry wastewater looks harmless — it’s mostly water and detergent. What it hides is lint: an endless stream of fine thread and fabric fluff that a normal pump slowly felts into a solid mat around the impeller until flow stops dead.
The 65GNWQ20-10-1.5 handles that stream differently. Rated at 20 m³/h and 10 m head on 1.5 kW through a 65 mm outlet, it leads with a 48 HRC alloy cutter disc that shears lint and stray fabric into short pieces before they can wrap. The 3Cr13 semi-open impeller behind it is heat-treated for the constant mild abrasion that lint-laden water causes.
Compared with a standard submersible in the same pit, the difference is measured in service calls: a plain pump in a busy laundry can need clearing every few weeks; a cutter pump turns that into a routine yearly check.
