Slaughterhouse effluent and biogas-digester sludge are about the hardest thing you can ask a pump to move: thick, stringy, loaded with tissue, hide, hair and undigested fibre, and often being pushed up out of a deep tank. This is where a cutter pump stops being a nice-to-have and becomes the only thing that works.
The 80GNWQ80-20-7.5 pairs a useful duty point — 80 m³/h at 20 m head, 7.5 kW, 80 mm outlet — with a cutter system meant for dense organics. The alloy disc (48 HRC, detachable livestock pattern) reduces the solids on intake, and with the impeller-to-cutter clearance set to 0.1–0.25 mm the shredding is aggressive enough to keep fibre from binding the 3Cr13 impeller.

A practical note for thick sludge: if the tank runs low and the mix turns more solid than liquid, add water before starting — these pumps move flowable liquid, and a little dilution keeps the cutter fed and the motor happy.
