Product Overview

No other ZW pump reaches higher. ZW80-50-60 delivers 50 m³/h at 60 m on a 22 kW, 2900 r/min motor, and its 55 % efficiency is the best among the DN80 models.

It is meant for duties where dirty water has to go uphill or over a long distance: a treatment tank on higher ground, or a pipeline that crosses a site.

Points to watch

The self-priming height for this model is 5.0 m, slightly less than the smaller pumps.
At 60 m the discharge pressure is about 6 bar. Choose pipe, valves and flanges rated for it.
Fit a check valve on the discharge so the column of water does not flow back when the pump stops.
Do not buy this much head unless the calculation calls for it; a 22 kW motor running far from its duty point wastes power.

At this pressure, flange sizes must match the line exactly. If yours differ from the standard, we make the ports to suit.
