Product Overview

Building sites produce water full of mud, sand, cement fines and debris. ZW80-40-16 handles it from the surface: 40 m³/h at 16 m on a 4 kW, 1450 r/min motor, with a DN80 suction.

Why it works on site

Pump and motor stay out of the pit, safe from falling debris.
The DN80 inlet takes larger solids than the smaller ZW models.
The four-pole motor runs slowly, which is kinder to the impeller with abrasive water.
At 240 kg on its own base it can be lifted by crane and moved as the work progresses.

Keep in mind

The self-priming height for this model is 5.0 m. In deep excavations, place the pump on a ledge closer to the water, or use a submersible sewage pump. After pumping thick slurry, flush the pump casing so sediment does not settle inside.
