Product Overview

ZW65-40-25 delivers 40 m³/h at 25 m on a 7.5 kW four-pole motor. It arrives with pump, coupling and motor on one base. These notes follow the catalogue’s own installation points.

Check the foundation is level before you set the base. An uneven base strains the coupling.
Check every part for transport damage before you start.
Anchor the base with four Ø18 mm bolts. Base length is 1165 mm; bolt centres are 370 mm apart across the base.
Connect the suction and discharge pipes with good gaskets. The pump and pipes must seal well; a small air leak on the suction side stops priming.
Support each pipe on its own. The pump must not carry the weight of the pipework.
Check that pump and motor shafts are in line before the first start; misalignment is a common cause of noise and vibration.
