When to choose the DN50 version

The size of solids a ZW pump can pass is tied to its port, about 60 % of the port size, and fibres up to five times the port size. With a DN50 inlet this model accepts noticeably larger lumps than the DN32 version. That makes it the safer choice for kitchen waste, sludge with debris or water that carries leaves and rags.

If the liquid is fairly clean, the smaller versions do the same job with smaller, cheaper pipework.

And if none of the three standard combinations matches your pipes, we can make the suction and discharge to the sizes you need.
