ZW Self-Priming Sewage Pump – Non-Clog Self-Priming Pump for Wastewater & Solids Handling

The ZW self-priming sewage pump is a centrifugal pump that integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge functions into one unit. It adopts an axial reflux external mixing structure, eliminating the need for a foot valve or pre-filling with water. The pump can directly suck and discharge wastewater containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities.
With a simple structure, the ZW pump achieves a self-priming height of 4.5 to 5.5 meters. It offers strong sewage discharge capability, low energy consumption, and easy maintenance. The pump is suitable for municipal sewage engineering, pond aquaculture, light industry, papermaking, textile, food processing, chemical industry, and construction site wastewater discharge.
The pump can handle solids up to 60% of the pump diameter and fibers up to 5 times the pump diameter. Available in cast iron and stainless steel materials, the ZW pump adapts to different working conditions and media requirements.
