Product Overview

This design allows the ZW pump to achieve a self-priming height of 4.5 to 6.0 meters without a foot valve or vacuum assistance. The simple structure ensures reliable operation and easy maintenance.

The ZW self-priming sewage pump operates on an axial reflux external mixing principle. Before initial startup, the pump body must be filled with liquid through the filling port on top of the pump casing. Once primed, the pump can self-prime automatically on subsequent starts without needing to add liquid again.

When the pump starts, the impeller rotates and creates centrifugal force, mixing the liquid with air in the pump chamber. The air-liquid mixture is discharged into the separation chamber, where air is separated and expelled through the outlet pipe. The liquid returns to the impeller chamber through the reflux hole, continuing the cycle until all air is evacuated and normal pumping begins.
