Product Overview

Daily Checks
Listen for unusual noises. A knocking sound might mean a loose impeller. A screeching sound could indicate bearing trouble. Catch these early and repairs are cheap.

Monthly Inspection
Check the cable for cuts or abrasion. Verify the pump is fully submerged. Look at the discharge for signs of reduced flow.

Quarterly Maintenance

Pull the pump and inspect the cutting blades. Measure the gap between the rotating blade and fixed plate. It should be 0.2–0.5 mm. Adjust if needed.
Annual Overhaul
Replace the mechanical seals. Inspect the bearings. Replace the diaphragms in the motor protector. This sounds like a lot, but it’s cheaper than buying a new pump.
